Superb, contemporary bed and breakfast on the top floor of a stylish Haussmann building in Nice’s most beautiful district: the carré d’ Or.
Every morning, you’ll be served a delicious breakfast, including croissants and home-made pastries.

Chambres d’hôte in Nice, on the top floor of a Haussmann building, contemporary furnishings, behind the prestigious Hôtel NEGRESCO, Promenade des Anglais, 200 meters from the beach, right in the city center (shops, restaurants, bus routes, museums, airport and train station…). 30 minutes from the charm of Italy, 20 minutes from the extravagance of Monaco or Cannes, Nice is a city whose attractions won’t disappoint you, where culture and leisure come together: contemporary or traditional art museums, Masters of the History of Art (Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, Maeght foundation…) recreational activities: Marinland d’Antibes, beaches, walks…

Traveler access
Breakfast, a multitude of cakes, jams, pastries, fruit juices, a large choice of tea or coffee…. a participation of 10 € is required for breakfast.
Bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, wifi … are at your disposal.
Breakfast is served at 9:30 am in the dining room. It’s shared by all the guests of my bed and breakfast, as well as people from outside the bnb. The aim is to meet and exchange. It’s the promise of an international experience in a jovial mood right from the start 😉
