Step 1

Prepare the Crust and the filling :

  • Crush biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create a firm, even crust. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla or lemon juice and mix well. Whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 2

Assemble and serve :

  • Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  • Remove from the pan, slice, and top with fresh berries or fruit sauce for added flavor. Enjoy!
